Die Del Professore Produkte stammt aus Italien aus der Antica Distilleria Quaglia, Castelnuovo Don Bosco. Die Destillerie gibt es bereits seit 1890. 1906 kaufte Giuseppe Quaglia die Brennerei. Heute wird das Unternehmen von seinem Urenkel Carlo, also in 4. Generation geleitet. Er verwendet für seine Produkte wie den edlen Gin und Wermuth nur beste Rohstoffe natürlichen Ursprungs.
